Inexpensive, sure. But they charged me two times 'cause my bank card was acting up, so I went ahead and used my credit card. When I looked at my bank statement, I saw that they took the money from me twice, but I only got one order. I've reached out to customer service, but it's been days and I haven't heard a peep. They owe me £80.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had, and I'm still waiting for a refund. My extensions started falling out within the first week, so I had to get them tightened and even cut on two different occasions at the salon because they were poorly fitted. After getting them tightened, I still lost over 30 extensions in just a month; they kept coming out. I spent more than £600 on these, and now I've had to pay another salon to remove them and get new ones put in. I've emailed them twice and I'm still waiting for a reply. Seriously, don’t get your extensions done here. It's a total waste of cash.
